Good for the price...

How does a FREE haircut cost me 20 dollars?!?!? Excellent customer service!!!! I came in with a coupon half expecting them to tell me I have to sign up for a membership. Instead, it was totally free!!! Then, they didnt even treat me any differently!!! I get my hair cut maybe 3 times a year mainly because I dont really know what to do with it. Haleigh only asked me what I didnt want... no man buns or marine cuts.... then she took it from there!!! Its usually a bit awkward for me letting a stranger take care of me but she held a real conversation with me the WHOLE TIME!!! The standard cut comes with the works... wash after cut in a massage chair, some kind of facial hair softener/collagen support, and even above and beyond some kind of color enhancer / rejuvenator for my tattoos!!!! Then she styled my hair and really made me look like a normal person again!!! I Will NEVER go to another place to get my haircut!!! Thanks Haleigh ?

I am a person who takes time to read reviews---all of them. So many mixed reviews about Sport Clips in Parma. The only thing I can think of is that hair is a very personal thing and people are very particular and have high standards for their hair to be done just as they like it--and rightfully so. Someone might be having a bad day (customer or staff). I've gone to this Sport Clips twice now, at the recommendation of my friend. I can say that both times I had good experiences. The first time I went was back in November, and Taylor cut my hair. Since I was a first-time customer, they gave me the MPV treatment, which included a hair washing. Taylor was great! She cut my hair exactly as I asked. She was very gentle with my head and very friendly as well. I requested her the second time I went there, which was last weekend, and she remembered me and how I wanted my hair done. When we went to pay, they asked if we had frequent customer cards, which we did not, and they realised they didn't give me a first-time customer card the last time i was in there, so gave me one there on the spot, which included a $5 off coupon. They apologized for not giving me the card last time. I though that was great. They acknowledged that I should have gotten it last time and told me to redeem the $5 coupon. They all seem very friendly there. I don't know who cut my friend's hair last time or this past time, but he liked it, and I thought it looked really good. They are all pretty fast there, too. We got out of there in no time.
